Kentucky Horsewear Tendon Grip Gel Sock is made out of a nylon and lycra sleeve that is coated with a high grade mineral oil that moisturizes and protects the skin. Protection and treatment against injury sustained through rubbing, irritations and other injury treatment.

Also used for treating hypertrophic and keloid scars. Ideal for horses that have sensitive hoof bulb and pastern while wearing overreach boots.

Easy to use and simply cut the socks to the desired length, where it will act as a second skin protecting against rubs, bacteria fungus and dirt. We have found these socks and the tendon grip very popular for riders jumping on surfaces where the gel and sand from the artificial surface get up into the boot, causing rubs.

Washable and re-usable, simply wash in mild soap and allow to air dry. Lightly dust the gel with talcum powder after drying.
