At Nags Essentials, we know how important it is to get your order to you quickly and hassle-free – whether you're prepping for a weekend show or just topping up the yard kit. Below you'll find all the details on our delivery options and returns process.

Delivery Information

Standard UK Delivery – £4.95
We aim to deliver within in 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or a trusted courier. Free on orders over £75.

Click & Collect – FREE
Local to our store? Choose ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to pick up.

Delivery Notes

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.
Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer during peak times – but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days to return it. Please note that if your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours so we may get it replaced for you.

How to Return an Item:

Repackage your item (unworn, unused, and in original condition).
Pop your order number inside the parcel.
