A technically very strong product with no advancements spared, the Stable Rug Classic is a lovely and highly reliable product made from very high-quality fabrics that will be able to serve you well for many years to come. As a product, we stock the Stable Rug Classic at three different thicknesses allowing you to choose a rug that best suits the needs of your horse.

A hard wearing, durable Stable Rug

Strong, durable and reliable, the outside of the stable rug is made of a 900D Ripstop polyester. Ripstop fabric is a unique product for a stable rug as it contains reinforced yarn, making it hard wearing and hard to tear. It’s also shaving repellent so you’re also able to easily brush hay and straw off the rug. The filling on the inside can be 100g, 200g or 300g, depending on the needs of your horse and is made from a fiberfill. The inside lining of the rug is a micro-polyester fiber noted for its soft feeling cotton touch.

In terms of its use from how advanced this product is, the Stable Rug Classic can be worn in combination with a turnout rug or with an under rug. Thanks to its very effective design, it is able to stay nicely in place thanks to its polyester microfiber, two front buckles and two surcingles.

In terms of looking after the rug in the best way, it is machine washable at 30 degrees. To prolong it’s use, it is advised to wash the rug on a monthly basis for the best results.
