Engineered to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions, the Titan turnout collection delivers exceptional durability and dependable protection. Constructed from robust 1680 denier ballistic nylon, the Titan 200g Original Turnout Rug is designed to provide outstanding resilience and reliable performance throughout turnout.

Our advanced fabric technology combines two specialised membranes with a Teflon-coated outer shell, offering enhanced stain resistance and protection against moisture. Positioned directly beneath the outer fabric, the breathable and waterproof membrane delivers a 10,000mm waterproof rating and a breathability rating of 10,000g/m²/24h. Millions of precision-sized microscopic pores allow heat and moisture vapour to escape while preventing water droplets from penetrating the fabric, helping to maintain a dry and comfortable environment for your horse.

A second hydrophilic membrane, positioned deeper within the rug’s construction, actively draws moisture away from the horse’s coat and disperses it throughout the fabric. This innovative dual-membrane system enhances waterproof performance while protecting the 200g thermo-bonded filling, helping to extend the rug’s lifespan and maintain its performance season after season.

Designed with precision and comfort in mind, the Titan 200g Original Turnout Rug features a neckline cut 2–4 inches in front of the wither, allowing the rug to sit comfortably ahead of the shoulder. The mid-height, patented elasticated shoulder gusset enhances the fit while allowing greater freedom of movement in the field. Reflective strips positioned at the front and rear improve visibility in low-light conditions, while strategically placed chest-clip closures, surcingle bars and fittings are crafted from high-quality stainless steel for lasting durability and dependable functionality.

The signature deep-cut design and seamless construction allow the rug to wrap securely around the horse, with low-cross surcingles helping to maintain a stable and comfortable fit. Carefully engineered to relieve pressure along the spine, this design prioritises comfort without compromising security. The rug’s self-righting construction allows it to readjust naturally as the horse moves, helping to prevent slipping and maintain the correct position throughout turnout.

Extended tail flaps, incorporating waterproof and padded elements, provide additional coverage and protection from the elements while helping to resist wind lift. Designed without a neck cover or neck-cover attachments, the Titan 200g Original is an ideal medium-weight turnout option for horses that prefer freedom around the neck. Integrated liner attachments allow the rug to be easily adapted to changing weather conditions and your horse’s individual needs. Inside, the antibacterial and anti-static lining enhances hygiene and comfort while helping to promote a healthy coat.

When the weather turns challenging, the Titan collection delivers the robust construction and reliable protection needed for life in the field. Completing the practical design, the rug includes a clip-on, PVC-coated tail strap with an easy-clean finish, helping to simplify maintenance and preserve long-term durability.

Thanks to its self-righting design, the rug does not require leg straps to remain in position. However, a pair of adjustable, clip-on leg straps is included for those who prefer additional security.

Your Titan 200g Original Turnout Rug is carefully hand-packed in a complimentary, reusable zip-fastened storage bag, keeping your tack room neat and organised when the rug is not in use while providing convenient storage and easy transportation.
