Working in conjunction with the outer membrane, a second hydrophilic membrane sits deeper within the rug’s construction, drawing moisture away from the horse’s coat and dispersing it through the fabric to maintain a dry, comfortable environment. This innovative dual-membrane system enhances waterproof performance while helping to protect the substantial 450g thermo-bonded filling, supporting long-lasting durability and consistent performance season after season. 

Carefully designed with comfort and practicality in mind, the Titan 450g Turnout Rug features a contoured neckline cut 2–4 inches in front of the wither, allowing the rug to sit comfortably ahead of the shoulder. A patented, mid-height elasticated shoulder gusset provides an improved fit and greater freedom of movement in the field. Reflective strips positioned at the front and rear enhance visibility in low-light conditions, while strategically positioned chest clip closures, surcingle bars and premium stainless-steel hardware ensure reliable functionality and lasting strength. 

The distinctive deep-cut design creates a seamless, close-fitting silhouette that wraps securely around the horse, supported by low-cross surcingles. This carefully engineered construction helps eliminate pressure along the spine, prioritising comfort throughout wear.
